Our services
Support that fits real life.
Supports are shaped with you, reviewed as things change, and delivered by people who know you. Here's what we currently offer.
Service one
Assistance with Daily Life & Community Access
Hands-on, practical support for daily life and for getting out into the community. Whether that's a regular weekly routine or flexible support around appointments and activities, we build it around what matters to you.
- Everyday support at home and in the community
- Participation in activities, groups and interests
- Getting to appointments, outings and social plans
- Building routines that work for you
- Growing confidence and independence over time
How it usually works
- 1. A conversation. We talk about your goals, routines and preferences.
- 2. A plan you agree to. Supports, times and expectations set out clearly.
- 3. Getting started. Consistent workers, introduced properly.
- 4. Checking in. We review and adjust as life changes.
Coaching is not therapy
Psychosocial recovery coaching is non-clinical. It sits alongside any clinical supports you may have, focusing on practical steps, motivation and coordination rather than treatment.
Service two
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
Recovery coaching is a partnership. We work at your pace to understand what recovery looks like for you, then take steady, practical steps towards it.
- Goal-focused, non-clinical support
- Working from your strengths, not a deficit list
- Building routines and daily structure
- Understanding and coordinating services
- Confidence, connection and community participation
Service three
Short Term Respite
When the people who usually support someone need a break, short term respite gives them time to rest and recharge. We book a comfortable place locally — often an Airbnb — and a support worker stays with the participant, keeping everyday life steady and supported while their informal supports take time out.
This is accommodation and support only. We don't arrange holidays, activities or meals — it isn't a packaged break or a trip away. The focus is on continuity: familiar routines, personal care and a safe place to be, with the people who usually care for you able to step back for a while.
- Comfortable local accommodation, booked for the stay
- A support worker present throughout
- Help with everyday routines and personal care
- A break for carers and informal supports
What this is, and isn't
It is
- · Local accommodation, booked for the stay
- · A support worker present throughout
- · Help with everyday routines and personal care
- · A genuine break for carers and informal supports
It isn't
- · A holiday, activity or outings package
- · Meals, which are arranged separately
- · A long-term or shared housing option
Short term respite is sometimes called Short Term Accommodation (STA) under the NDIS. How it's funded depends on your plan — we can talk that through with you.
