NDIS price guide
How our pricing works
The NDIS publishes an official price guide — the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (previously called the NDIS Price Guide). It sets the maximum rates providers can charge for each type of support, and it's updated regularly by the NDIA.
Your Care Hub charges in line with these arrangements. Before any support begins, we'll agree the details with you (or your plan manager or support coordinator) and confirm everything in a written service agreement.
We don't publish a fixed rate card here because the right rate depends on the support, the time of day, and the arrangements that apply to your plan. The current maximum rates for every NDIS support are set out in the official NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits — follow the link below to view them in full. Whether a particular support can be claimed through your plan depends on your individual plan and goals, which we confirm with you (and your plan manager or support coordinator) before anything starts.

Funding arrangements and eligibility vary from person to person. The Pulse is a community hub — whether session costs can be claimed through your NDIS plan depends on your individual plan and goals. Chat with your plan manager or support coordinator, or ask us and we'll help you work it out.
